DRS. SCOTT NIEDERJOHN AND MARK SCHUG
The topic this evening is "Making the Case for Economic Freedom." This will be a joint speaking presentation by Drs. Schug and Niederjohn.
Dr. Mark C. Schug is Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and currently he is president of Mark C. Schug Consulting Services. Along with teaching economics at both university and high school levels, Dr. Schug was also Director of the Center for Economic Education. He is a widely recognized scholar who has published several books and written extensively on economic education topics.
Dr. Scott Niederjohn is the Dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship and Charlotte and Walter Kohler Professor of Economics at Lakeland University. He is also the Director of Center for Economic Education at Lakeland University. Dr. Niederjohn has undergraduate degree from Marquette University and a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. He has written articles for several academic journals. He was a Fulbright scholar at the University of Luxembourg in 2013.
